I bought a new home one year ago. The garage door opener installed at construction was refusing to go down without holding the button down and it was extremely loud. Barry quickly discovered it was installed improperly which was loosening all the major supporting attachment points. He replaced it with a new garage door that works so smooth and quiet you almost can't tell it is running. Barry was extremely professional and competent. I am going to have him come annually to keep it well maintained.

Our specialist, William Walker, arrived on time and quickly determined that our sensor had been accidentally kicked and needed replacement. Mr. Walker is competent, hard working, and immediately fixed the problem. He also turned out to be just an amazing human being. I don't know about the other employees with Precision, but I can say that if they are anything like Specialist Walker, then Precision Door is top notch. Barry was great......called before he arrived....analyzed the immediate problem and reviewed over-all install and decided to rebuild..........went over costs before starting.....carefully measured with aid of laser leveler.....advised how to lube door(hinges, rollers, etc.) to maintain good working order.....a little more spent than I thought; but know everything replaced will work for a long time......

Not happy. Needed a simple spring repair. Instead I got you need a new door, opener, and a torsion spring conversion. A simple $200-$300 repair into a $3000 repair. It was working before the springs broke. Establish trust first then up sale. If you had fixed it as is, then when it came time to upgrade I would have probably chosen your company. Instead I have to scramble to find another company that wants my business. It felt like a bait and switch.

When my door broke, you had a guy out here the same day to fix it enough to raise it and get our cars out of the garage. The cost was transferred to the cost of a new door. The factory took a long time to deliver the door to you but as soon as it came in, you scheduled installation. The guy called me and came out several hours earlier than the appointment. He did a great job and replaced everything! new rails, new springs, new door. I am absolutely pleased with your service and your pricing. I will tell others about your performance.
