Ben Balderree was very professional, knowledge and courteous in regards to doing regular garage door maintenance. In addition he reprogrammed my remotes & keypad. He was even able to reprogram my Jeep to open all the garage doors. I was impressed as he noted some future maintenance items that will need to be replaced in the future and did not pressure me to replace the parts right away…again honesty and not just taking advantage of a sale!!!
