Jered was at my house in record time. He explained my options. I chose to have the rollers replaced and lubricated and the job was completed in about a half an hour. The garage door has never been so quiet.

He assessed the problems then assured us he could get it up and running in about 90 minutes. He was as good as his word and had it fixed promptly.
