Charged me a service call ($119.95) when I was told there would not be one if I had a new opener installed. Sent an email that goes unanswered after a week. Sale made. Customer service disappears. Disappointing. Jaylon Bartley was very professional and courteous. This rating does not reflect his 5 star rating for his service. Addendum: Sean was very responsive to my previous review and promptly refunded me the service charge. 5 star all the way!
