Exceptional customer service, sold us on replacing our garage door with a Precision Door. To date very pleased.

Salesman and installation technicians were amazing. The response from the business was terrible after we placed a deposit. Received an email that are three doors had arrived and we would receive a phone call in a couple days to schedule the installation. After waiting approximately a week we placed multiple phone calls to the number on the email...no return call. My impression at the time was the business had my deposit and really didn't care about me. The installation technicians were outstanding. As a note one of my panels needs to be replaced and I am waiting for the correct door openers. Again, very disappointed with the lack of communication.

Stephen and Cory came on time and did a splendid job removing old doors and installing new insulated doors. We purchased a second opener for the third garage and they programmed them to work off of one external keypad. They look and work great!
