I had you repair the broken spring on the garage door quite some time ago. Last week I had you install a PDS 270 belt drive garage door opener. Its working great. My old opener was a Genie and the door would open by itself at unexpected times. It was definitely time to have it replaced. Sean Yahrling was awesome. It didn't take him long at all to compete the job.

Ben Balderee is a wonderful service tech. He installed our new opener back in August and was a delight to work with. He just came to help try and figure out why my wife’s garage door opener does not open our garage door. Unfortunately, it worked just fine while Ben was here but he was very courteous and helpful in giving me suggestions as to why it hasn’t been working. Precision Door did a wonderful job on my garage door repair. From the timer I made my initial call until the job was done was only about 4 hours. Ben Balderree was able to resolve the problem(s) quickly. I was expecting to wait a couple weeks after he gave me the estimates to get the job done. I asked him how long it would be and he said 'I can fix it right now if you want". I have been waiting 3 months for another company to get out here and do the job, even after I gave them an outrageous deposit for the new springs. Ben had the job done in about an hour.
