Communication was good. We got text confirmations and communicated early about delays and gave a specific new time. Technichian diagnosed the porblem quickly and resolved it with a little lubircation in the right spots. He even took a picture of our chickens which were watching through the garage window. :) All in good fun.

A small job, the door wouldn't fully deploy. Went online to find a repair. Precision was rated 4.8, other much less making choice easy. Made appointment online which was easy, available early the next morning & with immediate confirmation. Next morning I received another confirmation of time and also received call from repair person confirming they could actually be here early. Repair person on time, presentable, confident demeanor, full explanation while doing the inspection. An obviously intelligent, articulate, experienced person. Gave good advice on what should be done and did not strongly upsell-just enough. Did the work quickly and affordably. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. Thank you
