I have called for repairs on numerous occasions and I was always given a detailed explanation on what was going on with my garage door and the repairs have always been completed in a timely manner. Excellent service. I backed into my garage door which I thot was open and it was damaged so much it couldn't be opened and my car was stuck in the garage. I called Precision Door and they a repair man was here in less than 15 minutes. He was able to get the door open so I could get my car out and ordered a replacement door since the old was not fixable. The serviceman was very efficient and pleasant to work with. I have been using Precision Door for many years and am very pleased with their service. I highly recommend them.

Communication was good. We got text confirmations and communicated early about delays and gave a specific new time. Technichian diagnosed the porblem quickly and resolved it with a little lubircation in the right spots. He even took a picture of our chickens which were watching through the garage window. :) All in good fun.

Sean did a excellent job , went through and explained everything he was doing or what needed done, we replaced the rollers, had to get a new opener replaced the bearings , help program each car , would highly recommend him

Anthony did a wonderful job! He came to my house at just after 10 PM and secured my garage. Then returned this morning at 8 AM and installed a new opener. I am very happy with the job. He was fast and thorough. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him Anthony to family and friends!
