Chris from Precision installed a new garage door opener for us about a month ago. We were having some minor issues with one of the sensors. I called Precision up and they got Chris back out within 48 hours. He came out and said the best thing to do was to replace the entire unit. He installed the new opener, sensors and buttons.. The new opener works much better. Very happy with them standing behind their products and making things right!
