Excellent work. The torsion springs broke on late Saturday evening and I was able to go to the website and immediately schedule an appointment for the next day - Sunday. The Tech, Mr. Thomas Brunett showed up right on time and replaced our old Craftsman system which was a poor operating system and replaced it with a modern quiet garage door system, which is excellent. Mr. Brunett was very friendly and professional and worked under the extreme heat today of 97 degrees in the garage, and he installed the new system in a very timely manner. Our new garage door system works great. Mr. Burnett also answered questions about weather stripping the current garage door and pricing options on a new better insulated garage door. Great work by Mr. Burnett and Overhead Garage Precision Door Service.

Had 2 door installed after waiting 4 months to get correct color.the trim was installed incorrectly,one door was lower casing then other and one panel on door was scratched.I called to express my concerns and next day they sent out another person to check on work.the door were adjusted to trim for a little better fit.they really didn’t seem to concerned about one door sitting lower then other.he could offered to touch up my brand new door with paint,I told them that is not correct way to fix a new door.I was told manager would contact me,4 days latter still no call from manager.I called and requested a follow up on scratched door.wouldn’t not recommend buying from them.

Jered got delayed on a job ahead of ours but the company let us know his progress until he could get to us. Jared was polite and explained what our problem with the door was and what it would cost to fix it. He then worked on it and solved the problem in a short time.
