Safety sensor faillure fried the circuit board on my opener which was immediately diagnosed by Sean. He explained my options and convinced me to purchase a Precision PDS 380 digital opener. He performed a detailed and efficient installation without having to return on another day, thoroughly explained how to operate the new opener and hauled away all the old equipment. Very professional job!

Needed a new garage door opener installed and tech Anthony Beckstead recommended an appropriate one and had it working for us in under an hour. Anthony was on time and very professional. Our new door opener is working out beautifully and the service and warranty can't be beat! Highly recommend.

I’m confused. This says broken garage door spring repair. I asked for a garage door tune-up and to have the bottom vinyl strip replaced. I expected the throw and the chain to be adjusted, and the rail to be lubed. I know the strip was replaced and the rail was lubed, but the chain looks like it was not adjusted and I’m not sure if the throw was adjusted. My wife said Nicholas was a nice person, but he tried to sell her a new device. I just replaced that unit two years ago.

We are very pleased with the product and the service we received from Precision. Aaron, who did our initial quote, walked us through all of our options and worked with us to make sure we got the biggest bang for our buck. I also appreciated his honesty about the wait times for delivery due to shipping and manufacturing delays. He gave us realistic expectations, which I appreciate. The installers, Corey and David, worked efficiently, were very friendly and professional, and walked me through all the operations and maintenance for our new garage doors to make sure we get the maximum life out of them. From the initial quote through the final install (4 months total), I am really impressed with the quality of service and communication we received, as well as the staff we interacted with throughout the process. I highly recommend Precision, and we will use them for all future maintenance on our garage doors.
