They had a tech at our the day after we called and he was always on time and communicated so well as it was my mother at the house when the repairs were being done. My service was not for a broken garage door spring repair - I called because I wanted a new key pad for my garage. I was told by Chris that my equipment was to old for the key pads your company has so I was told it couldn't be done and was also told to call Wayne Dalton as they may have what I wanted.
