Kris was so helpful. He explained everything about my door problem and gave me options for solving it! I decided and he worked quickly to get the repair done. He wore a mask when needed and was courteous and respectful. I have used Precision before and will again. If garage doors are your problem you will not be disappointed in their work!

Kevin installed the door well. My only issue was extra steel hanging down from the door mounting brackets and extra steel on the door track hanging out. I cut off the steel on my own to avoid having the steel to bump my head on when working in the garage. We love our new door. Thank you.
