Your service was the best I have ever seen. I called at 3:30 in a panic are door just broke. The person who took the call was so nice. She said he would be here between 6:00 and 8:00. He called and he was here by 5:15. It was Barry. Wonderful and very smart intelligent kind person. You don’t find this kind of service anywhere. We already gave your name to a friend that needs their door fixed. Everyone will hear about you. Thank you so much for your great service. Just to start off.. the last service call was awesome!!Price was negotiable & reasonable, the whole reason I called on 5/25/22. I will never again call you,since the last quote was outrageous to install a new opener... & was told it usually takes 5hrs to install, I was able to install myself in 2.5 hrs! Alone with no help..Customer LOST,Bye!

The safety eye sensors weren't working, I had put a bike hook through one of the wires I think. My wife has been on me for way too long to to fix this, after multiple failed attempts and a great deal of frustration, I decided to call a professional. Glad I did ! Anthony arrived promptly, trouble shot the problem, offered to repair it or explain it so I could repair it. I had him make the repair, running new wires. It would have taken me 3 times as long and at least 1 trip to the hardware store. He also gave me tips on lubricating the door to get a longer service life out of it. Very grateful, well worth it, I should have done this when it stoped working 2 years ago. Good, professional and dedicated employees like Anthony are hard to come by these days.
