Sean arrived as scheduled, explained 3 different options for repairs and upgrades. He was personable and friendly. He made repairs and maintenance in a timely manner . I was disappointed to hear that the torsion springs were not covered under warranty but I find those things more and more with most companies out there. I was a little surprised that I did not receive a receipt for my payment . Paid with credit card and assumed I would get an emailed receipt, instead I received this customer questionnaire. Rod L
