I had a busy workday ahead of me and within an hour of contacting them I head a service technician at my house to look at the busted garage spring! Kris was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable when conducting his inspection. He gave me some options which I appreciated and in the end with his expertise and parts on hand he fixed my broken spring, upgraded my rollers, and was out the door in a matter of an hour! Kevin Bewick was the tech, not Jesse Way. I had panel #3 damaged from hail. The tech was to install a new replacement panel. Kevin brought a panel #1 with him so he had to remove the bottom rubber seal. That left small holes in it from where the screws were used. Kevin didn't have any way to seal the holes. He assured me that those holes wouldn't let any water get into the door panel. I am concerned about future failure of the door panel. I just want to get on record my concern.
