Ben was amazing!!! He was able to show up earlier than we had scheduled and Had estimates done within 10 minutes with a few options and once we confirmed he had the garage fixed very quickly. From the time he showed up to when I paid it maybe took 1 hour total! So satisfied he could fix our issue quickly and the same day! Highly recommend the service!

In case of TLDR - I'll get to a simple point - Nicholas and Precision are great and efficient, I highly recommend! We just purchased a new home at the end of September and knew we would have to be replacing the garage door as it is very old and outdated (all wood). Ideally we thought we'd wait until spring but due to an accidentally bump with my car, we're having to replace it a little sooner. I was able to get a tech to come out the very next day after it happened and we talked through options for a replacement as it is beyond repair. Nicholas talked through different options and what was available and also what would look really good. I explained I only want to do this replacement once so we discussed getting great quality and coverage so that if anything I would have maintenance down the road and not another replacement. He was friendly, efficient, and great overall - I can't wait for the new door, scheduling was not too far out either. Highly recommend and appreciate how quickly this was handled.

Ben was efficient, knowledgeable & professional. Clear summary of options, including ability to call the company for a less expensive repair to a proprietary Spring. Provided pros/cons for options without pressure, did not treat me (female) as if I was simple minded. Appt was within 24hrs of when I called Precision to request. Tech arrived within 1st hr of the estimated window to arrive. I recd a pic & name of tech prior to arrival. My Spring was replaced in the same visit and only took about 45mins.

We were originally told the appt was 4-6pm, then it changed to 3-5pm. Ryan was planning to leave work early to be here for the earlier time, but the technician arrived and finished before 2:30pm. Neither of us were there to check or talk with him. When we came home, the garage door did open, but the light kept flashing and the garage door did not open the entire way. Just super frustrated after having a new motor installed in August. Hopefully we can get this figured out soon.
