Great service from the beginning starting with the email notification of who was coming out and when they were on the way. Jesse showed up and started working, took old garage door out and put new one in. Picked up all garbage and made sure new one worked with garage door opener and was set correctly when coming down. Would definitely recommend precision garage door to neighbors and friends who are looking for a new garage door or just need one repaired. Very knowledgeable. Stephen Beck was the type of service technician you want to work with. He was friendly and listened to my concerns and questions answering everything clearly. He layed out options for all the parts and equipment I asked about. Inspected existing door and gave me a fair assement of its condition. Did not try to push unneeded equipmen. Good worker. Company also good, was able to get new opener and springs installed on a weekend. I called 11am saturday, work was complete next day, sunday 2pm. I Would recomend and use this company and Stephen again.
