My Tech Sean was very polite and professional. He explained what work he performed, and different things that would at sometime need to be addressed. My garage door has never been this quiet. All I know is being a widow and senior citizen I felt very comfortable talking with him. There wasn’t ever a upscale tactic. Freak accident / mishap this morning - backed into the garage door and couldn't get it to shut. Chris was right on time, fixed the problem super quickly, and provided amazing service. Really appreciated the quick same day response and low down on replacement and repair options. Also appreciated waiving the service charge. Door is functional and problem is solved for the short term, but we will definitely be strongly considering your company for replacing our door soon.
