Sean did a great job the three times he came to evaluate (1) and repair our garage door components (2&3). He kept the driveway clean as well as the installation of rollers and the door trim package. He was quick and efficient and friendly.

Our plan was to leave town no later than 8AM in the morning but a broken garage door spring late in the afternoon the day before we were due to leave put our plans on hold. I called customer service for Precision and was told I would have a technician there between 8-10AM. Michael arrived right at 8AM, evaluated the situation, explained our options, and installed our new spring in a little less than an hour. We were on the road by 9:10. Job well done.

The guy from precision came over today 10/24/23 without the equipment to fix my building door. I thought was rude and unprofessional. I told the person who made the appointment what was needed to fix the door and she didn’t understand. The young man told my husband he would have them. Make another appointment but so far they have not done so. I think this was poor business practice. Victoria lahman
