I had you repair the broken spring on the garage door quite some time ago. Last week I had you install a PDS 270 belt drive garage door opener. Its working great. My old opener was a Genie and the door would open by itself at unexpected times. It was definitely time to have it replaced. Sean Yahrling was awesome. It didn't take him long at all to compete the job.

The service tech was fine and no problem there, but your advertisement for Lube & Tune was for $45.95, plus tax, which is what prompted me to respond to that ad. It was not clear from the ad that there is also a service call fee for $89. That perhaps should be disclosed in future ads so customers are not surprised by the billing when completed.

Had Sean out last week to diagnose the problem with our current garage door, he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and solved for why the door is not working. Sean gave a quote, said when would be back which was a quick turn around and within 2 business days he was back and installed what needed to be done in the allotted time he stated.
