As an aftermath of the hailstorm, my garage door had to be replaced. Barry was the rep who came and assessed what needed to be done. Even though I was one of many who needed to replace the garage door he took the time to explain options and answer all my questions. I received timely email updates as to the progress of my order, which due to supply chain issues caused delivery to be a few weeks out. The door was delivered and installed by Joey. Joey did an outstanding job removing the old door, springs, hardware, etc. and then installing the new door. The door is such an improvement! It is a quality product. I appreciate the professionalism of both Barry and Joey. Each were knowledgeable about the product and their respective roles. The door is a great product. It enhances the house beautifully and is so quiet in operation. I also love the fact that this company stands behind their product and will be available should there be any issues in the future.
