I was out of town on business while Anthony performed the work and even with that he made the experience incredibly positive. His communication was proactive, clear and thorough throughout the entire day. I work in the customer service field and I would want my staff to have the type of impact that I experienced with Anthony today. I won't have a chance to see his work until I am home in a couple of days but if it is anywhere close to the customer service we experienced with Anthony, I'm confident it will be awesome. Ben called ahead and let me know that he was running early and if that was acceptable and it was. He showed up on time and was professional and thorough. Tried everything possible to ensure the garage door was working properly. I asked for a quote to replace the entire opener and he promptly sent a fair quote. Should we replace our system we will look to use Precision of Spokane.

Your Tech was amazing and he help me alot. Fixing the garage doors was important for us and he did it fast even without lights. Our power was out from 8:30 to 4:45 so he had to use his lights and never made a mistake. He also gave us information on how to keep our garage doors always working. He was unable to test the doors due to the power outage but when we got our power back they worked great. Thank You.
