Jered did a great job by evaluating our issue as we originally thought it was our censors being the problem. He needed to test the censors, the wiring, and all the way to the motor itself which was the problem of origination. He was able to fix the motor and get everything working properly in a very timely manner.

my opener stopped the door before it could open or close. Christian reset it and it did the same thing again. He tried several times to do a total reset with no results so ended up replacing it for me. I was not charged for the service call because we purchased the new door and opener from Precision and the opener was under warranty. I'm very happy with the work that Chris did and glad I can close my garage door again.

I was very pleased with Michael. He arrived early, exam the door and filled me in on what else needed work besides the broken spring. Once he was done, Michael was great at explaining what I should do to get the most from my aging garage door. I really appreciated him sharing tips that I can simply perform. This was not a broken door spring repair. Problem is that the door does not operate always. Tech said I needed an electrician to fix problem. Said wiring did not meet standards. This garage door was installed by your company and the wiring was done by your company. If the wiring doesn't meet standards, why did your company install the garage door knowing that the wiring doesn't meet code standards and why do I have to hire an electrician to fix the problem which should have been corrected by Precision personnel when the garage door was installed?
