We are so very pleased with Precision garage Door Co. their response was quick and the gentleman who repaired our door was very professional and caring. Using Precision to install our garage doors years ago was the best decision we could have made. Great door openers also.

Scheduling online was very simple. The tech was available earlier than originally scheduled. I got a call from the company to see if he could come earlier, which was actually better for us. The tech was punctual, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, humorous, and friendly. He listened to our wants and needs. He explained the products and gave us options for what would work best for what we wanted. He even brought up things that we didn't even think about. The warranties are extensive. They offered a military discount. We were pleasantly surprised with the price and value. They were over $3,000 less than the big box stores. We are very excited to see them in 6-8 weeks.

I had an annoying problem with my nearly-new LiftMaster unit not closing the door. I was able to make an appointment online for just 48 hours later. The technician, Christian Worthy, arrived slightly early, was friendly and professional, and resolved the issue within about ten minutes. I put Precision's contact info onto the wall just above my garage door opener, because I will definitely be calling them the next time I have an issue!
