After I was unable to open my garage door this morning, I called Precision and asked for help. I was amazed that the secretary was able to schedule a technician to arrive between Noon and 2 PM (I called about 10:30 AM). I was further happily surprised when Christian left me a voicemail a little after 11 AM to say he’d be arriving about 11:30. He arrived when he said he would, identified the broken spring, and gave me an estimate within a few minutes. He fixed it to my satisfaction and was finished by 1 PM. I will continue to call Precision and refer my friends and family if and when any of us have garage door issues. Thank you!

Two panels dented. Taken almost a week and no price yet except your $119 fee to check what I already said. It goes up n down just dented. I need done asap. If you couldn’t then should not of charged us $119 fee

I have been very happy with this company, 2nd time I've had to hire them for garage door issues. last time it was for my garage door, wouldn't lift. Always very respectful and on time. Jaylon notified me half an hour before arriving. He was super polite and professional got my new motor and all garage door devices connected and went over everything with me to make sure everything worked and I understood everything. We talked about what I would need next and offered to send me a reminder. I would definitely hire this company again.

I was very impressed with Ben! He introduced himself with both a smile and handshake upon arriving and he arrived early, I appreciated that! He listened to me and kept eye contact when I explained that the door was not closing tightly to the garage floor. After a few quick adjustments the door closed tighter and Ben gave me clear options for correcting the minor issue that I could easily perform. When he left he again shook my hand, smiled and made eye contact and gave me his card if I ever needed services again. I was quite impressed that a man as young as Ben had excellent people skills. It’s not something you see much of these days in younger people and it is something I will remember and pass on to neighbors and friends if they need garage door services. These guys were great. Explained all about the doors. Made sure we understood how they work. They noticed that the vinyl around the door is a color, as opposed to white, and said they would put in a request that that be changed to white to better match the door and opening.
