Tech was prompt and was able to replace the brains to my disabled motor. He made sure that the door operated correctly and double checked to make sure all the remotes and openers were in good working order. He checked my springs and rollers and hinges and just recommended to lube them up.

Sean was ex-mil like me and totally prof.Good guy, left with terrible choices. I called the toll-free number: they estimated between $270-$300 since I already bought an unopened, new install Chamberlain box. When Sean got there, install of box creeped up to $500+ - then, when I refused that, you tried to charge me a $125 service fee???? Do you not equip your crew with a chain cutter, or do you try and upsell a $200 belt system? He did offer for 8-900 for something in his truck...today only. Total bait/switch from your phone staff. I refuse to be taken advantage of. I WILL NOT PAY $125 'Service Fee" for a price that went up to nearly $1000 dollars for a simple, chain-fed box/system... I run 'Consumer Credit Counselors' in Deer Park for folks who are taken advantage of. I'm happy to answer how you've broken any number of commerce best practices. Ritchie, who runs the Deer Park Gazette, might be interested too?
