Technicians arrived on time for the appointment---which was well less than a day from when I called in to ask for service. They were courteous and efficient. Anthony let me know what needed fixing and what it would cost before he started working on the door. I am pleased with their work. Not cheap.

Moreover, I always enjoy it when a contractor is willing (and able) to engage with you while the service is being provided. Sean definitely knows his tradecraft, and in addition to the service requested, went the extra mile by "tuning" up my doors (bracket adjustment, roller and hinge lubrication, adjustment to door clearance, etc.). Adrian gave me a call when he was about 30 minutes out which I appreciated, and he was helpful, kind, and explained everything he was doing and for what reason. He laid out the prices in a transparent fashion, and gave me the option to opt for less work for less money, but it was clear to me that my garage door needed some extra work to promote its longevity. I was impressed by how quickly and easily an appointment was scheduled, and it was an overall painless process.

Great FAST service. Called at 830 and job completed before 1100. Fair price just about what I was expecting. Garage door works better than before. They replaced the plastic bearing/bushing with a real steel bearing. Replaced the end bearings and replaced the torsion springs with the correct ones. THANKS
