Outstanding service by Precision Door Service and our technician, Adrian Workman. Adrian quickly diagnosed out problem and dug deeper to see if other parts suffered any degradation due to the main spring being broken. He pointed out a frayed cable and faulty bearings. Before he initiated any direct work, he provided us with an in-depth and accurate cost estimate so we knew what to expect. HIs service was prompt, professional and personable. I will definitely hire Precision and Adrian again, should the need arise.

Service was good but should have checked prices. They charged me 3 times the cost of a high end garage door opener. I could have bought one and had it installed by Lowes for $370 and they charged me $1074. Wow
