We were having trouble getting our garage door opened. After trying everything we know how to do , I called the office. They told me it sounded like a problem with the spring. They were able to get Steven out the same day. He determined it was in fact the spring. Steven also explained to us about having a vault key installed. He was very helpful and professional.

Good service and great to post a picture and background of the technician in advance who is going to show up. Ours was a simple fix and hinge and spring lubrication was also purchased - although the price for that is about twice what it should be. Stephen was on time and very professional.

Kevin was great and did a great job. The garage door opener I ordered would not work for my door, so Kevin returned with the one that would. Kevin told me that the new one was much less expensive than the one I originally ordered and someone would call me to let me know the new price. I have heard NOTHING FROM ANYONE!!! I was given a 10% veterans discount as well as another 10% discount because they had to reschedule 3 times, causing me to take extra time off work causing me to lose a lot of money. I do not even know how much I paid for this as I paid in cash for the first one and was told I would have a credit coming back to me. I am very upset about this. Kevin was very helpful, but the people in charge of customer billing leave much to be desired!!! I do not expect that anyone actually reads these, but I hope they do. Keep Kevin close, that kind of help is hard to find, but those in charge of the money need a lesson in customer service.
