We haven’t had our door installed yet, we’ve only made the selection & purchase thus far but I wanted to get that review in. Adrian was our sales rep & he was amazing. Walked us through the process, explained everything & was extremely patient when we were deciding on which door. He was wonderful with our two dogs & a pleasure to have in our house. Great company and very experienced technician. I called for a repair, and within a day I had a technician at the house. My motor was 20 years old and needed to be replaced. Anthony went over all options to get the replacement to meet our budget. There are certain options on the new systems that we didn’t need but may want. He covered those. He also replaced to rollers and greased all hinge locations. The install also consisted of new touch pads and remotes. He gave me a quick tutorial on ow to operate the new system. This will help the stop the need for an unneeded service call. The replacement took only a 1.5 hour. Yet it was done properly and not rushed. The warranty on the new system is awesome. We highly recommend this company and technician.

I had trouble opening & shutting my garage door. It got stuck in the open position & my neighbors called to tell me. We finally got it closed in the evening. I called & was able to get a 2hrvrepair/eval slot within hours. I really appreciated the prompt scheduling. My tech showed me how to oil the door to make the grinding sound disappear. I’ve had no problems since then. Thanks for your consistently high level of service.
