Jered was great! He figured out what could be done about our minor door problem, lubed our garage doors, and reminded us how to do the lube ourselves. Actually this was for the opener on the wall of the garage. My service technician quickly figured out the problem and so far, it's perfect. Love the prompt service. I called before 9 and by 11 they were here! And my need was not urgent.
