The initial contact to those on the other end of the 800 phone line were very helpful with my predicament of my garage door being attacked with a car. I needed immediate help on a Saturday and they came out that day and got the garage door up together so I could wait for a new one and an estimate to replace it. It was one less thing I had to worry about in a bad situation! I was able to get my new door installed after a couple weeks and the guys did a good job. Thank you!!

Ben was our service technician that came out yesterday to fix one of the single garage doors we had installed (by Precision) in October 2021. When it would close, it stopped about 3 inches from the floor and would bounce up again. My service time block was between 11:00-1:00. He called me about an hour before the scheduled time block to say he had finished his last job a bit earlier and wanted to know if it would be alright if he came early. I agreed and he was here within 10 minutes! He quickly set about trying to fix the issue and was out of here within minutes! I was amazed at his efficiency and professionalism! I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone! I'd like to request him next time because he was so efficient and polite (saving me time away from work, which means more $ for me!). I'm in a rural area, so I usually have to wait at least a day for service. I have two working garage door openers, which is not only super convenient but also secure.

I had a problem with one of my remotes. Actually the remote is for my wife's car. The technician pointed out that the top button had stuck and was causing the door to act intermittently He corrected the problem immediately. Shan was very polite and courteous.
