Actually I had accidentally pulled the wires loose on the floor sensors. The spring is fine. Benjamin was very helpful, quickly seeing the problem and resecuring both sides’ sensor wires. He inspected everything else and chalked it up my a follow up call and no charge. That was appreciated. He’s someone you’re probably not paying enough. Good work.

Had a new garage door opener installed a couple of years ago by Precision, so when my springs & cables broke I didn't hesitate to call them back. Christian was punctual, knowledgeable & polite.
