David came out and replaced my garage door and opener. His friendly manner and willingness to answer questions added to the pleasant experience of dealing with Precision Door. He educated me on the uses and features of my new opener, giving we the highlights of what was new on this opener. Your company and Adrian were great! He arrived at the time scheduled. He diagnosed the problem as a broken spring. He asked if we had a copy of the invoice for past work done, which we did. Upon examining it we found out that I had purchased the Life Time Warranty with the opener back in 2011. The spring and install labor was no charge! I was thrilled! Especially because I didn’t remember getting that warranty. Thank you! A good company to do business with! Jim

I thought my. new door in Jan. of this year was covered under warranty. Imagine my surprise when I got a charge of $150.00. A so called warranty of parts only and no labor is not an acceptable warranty in any way shape or form. Especially for a door opener that was only 8 month old. I thought Precision Openers were a top of thelineopener.I have hadHome Depot and Lowes openersin the past that had NEVER needed ANY repairs. they just wore outaftehr many years. They only cost about $250.00. The young man that came out was very gracious and apologized for the charge, however as I told him I do not blame him. I blame th company. The warranty is a joke and becasue of it I am sure I will NEVER purchase another Precision Opener.
