From start to finish, Precision Door made it extremely easy to get our garage door serviced. Sean was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Submitting this review after full project completion and three encounters with Kris, Dave and Sean. Ultimately bought a full new PDS 270 door system (cf paid invoice). All three men were most courteous, competent, listened to my concerns and performed excellent service and installation. I was concerned about recurring noise from the motor-belt-rail area when in operation. Dave reviewed these areas and found nothing amiss but also arranged for another opinion from "a PDS technician." Sean came today, did a thorough evaluation, also found all to be in good working order, commented that it's a known issue from the factory in some installations. With this reassurance, I'm now fully satisfied with the service I have received from PDS and aware of warranty coverage. Thanks!

Get a new photo of the technician to send to customers, as the one sent looks scary. 2. Sean was EXCELLENT! He had to come and fix an issue that the prior technician neglected to complete. I was a bit upset and he was so nice about everything. He fixed the problem that the other technician from the day before didn’t even notice. Sean is awesome!

Sean came out right during our service window and let me know when he was on his way. He was professional and explained all of the details to me for how to fix my spring, and what options there were to upgrade parts of my door to increase its longevity. He even offered to explain how the parts worked when I asked him. When we noticed my door had a little buckle in the middle, he was able to add a strut and help to increase the rigidity of the door. I felt like the prices he quoted me were fair and he got everything fixed in one shot. Great experience!

Adrian is a great person, highly skilled and takes pride in his work. I ran into a nusance problem because of a home inspector. What was refreshing was that there are real people at Precision to answer my call, help me with my task and then know that Adrian had helped me in the past and rescheduled him with me. Adrian is the best, so are the people I spoke with on the phone, the motors are super quiet and have a precise slow down rather than the more normal clunk. I will always use Precision Garage doors. The people and company are great.
