Stephen did a great job on the garage door service. He found a weak spring that was causing a lot of drag on the opener motor. It was replaced under the warranty. I’m sure glad I responded to their service email Stephen is a superior and polite service tech

I was very upset with Precision Door 2 weeks ago when no one showed up for the appointment I made for Dec 9th. Today I am very happy because of Cole & Jesse. These installers are very fast and did a great job. They apologized for Precision Door dropping the ball and gave me excellent service. I first called a different company and never received a call back. I called Precision at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday and Ben arrived at 8:50 a.m. on Friday, after first calling to warn me he was on his way. He went over the costs of getting a new remote and keypad versus fixing the old ones. I chose to get new ones. He was finished in no time. I highly recommend Precision Door Service (and Ben) to anyone who needs service!

The Tech Benjamin Balderree did a great job. He was punctual, polite and helpful. He has been with this company for a while now and knows what he is doing. He did an excellent job. The folks on the scheduling side and those who answer the phone need a little work. When the company calls you, you miss the call but call right back, someone should be able to answer what the call was about. Especially when the call was to change the DAY the tech would be there and that info was NEVER relayed. This caused an unnecessary missed morning of work.
