Anthony was very polite and friendly. I didn't know that my garage spring was commercial spring and it could take up to 2 week to get two? I told him I called the manufacture and they said they would send their Tech out next week to replace them. I offer to pay for Anthony's time, and the consulting fee, Anthony said no charge. That goes a long way with me! I asked him for his business card because I will give my family and friends Anthony phone number. I appreciate the positive attitude! Frank

My garage door was opening and I heard a loud pop. One of the springs broke and my cables were all tangled up, it was a mess. I called and had a tech out to my house within a couple hours. Jason did a great job and explained what my options were. He got my garage fixed within an hour and made the garage run smoother than before. I am very happy with our new garage door! That it actually fits like it is supposed to instead of like the original door that was larger then the spot it was in. Now it seals to the floor and on all sides including the top. This was an upgraded insulated double steel door, a great improvement since I use my garage also as my woodworking shop. Having an insolated door will help immensely during the winter months, and even summers. David was very professional and took the time needed to complete the task accurately while still finishing near his estimated timeline. The door looks great, and makes a great improvement - not only to the value of our home, but to our comfort and peace of mind knowing it will last for years to come.
