Only ran into 1 issue with being quoted the wrong motor and original install date not working, but everything was taken care of in a timely manner and install went smoothly. Our install tech was great, did a great job on the install and made sure every question/concern we had was taken care of.

Service was good but should have checked prices. They charged me 3 times the cost of a high end garage door opener. I could have bought one and had it installed by Lowes for $370 and they charged me $1074. Wow

Tech was prompt and was able to replace the brains to my disabled motor. He made sure that the door operated correctly and double checked to make sure all the remotes and openers were in good working order. He checked my springs and rollers and hinges and just recommended to lube them up.
