I was inspired to pick Precision door and am I ever happy I did. Adrian came out the same day, assessed the problems and went right to work fixing them and installing an up to code opener. Our old opener was a dinosaur and should have been replaced before we bought this house 2 years ago. How it passed inspection I do not know. We are all set up and happy with the results. Experienced great service today from Anthony of Precision Door Service. He called and emailed me when he was on his way. I also received a text with his photo so I was confident when he arrived that he was a legitimate service technician. Anthony looked at my garage door, analyzed and clearly explained the problem, gave me a repair estimate and a replacement estimate as requested. He was able to replace the garage door opener on that visit and showed us how to operate. Anthony was professional, friendly, and efficient. I will definitely recommend him and this company.

Mr. Worthy was the nicest as well as most competent person to assist us with a mechanical problem related to our home in awhile. He was aware that I had to leave to see my husband who was in the hospital. He came out early to help me with a garage door that wouldn't close so I could leave. I was really impressed with the response time. He explained what the problem was and how he repaired it. We are really appreciative not only of the response time and how the issue was handled but especially Mr. Worthy. Thank you. Also the dispatcher that assisted us was extremely competent at her job.
