I had a tall 16x14 door installed (no motor). Two workers came on time and it took a little over 4 hours to install. The installed door worked fine. The quality of the materials, especially the springs, was above average. My only complaint is it came with 4 stiffening struts and they put all of them on the bottom panels. I live in a high wind area and when I purchased the door I was told the struts would be distributed so that over time the wind would not "bow" the doors inward. Calling Precision, they said it is up to the installer to decide where to put the struts. It seems there would be a "best" way to decide how many and where to put the struts instead of giving weak answers on where they should go. Maybe I'm nitpicking, but I know Precision reads these and hopefully give this some clarity if it come up again. I'm still giving 5 stars.

The new door opens and closes smoothly and more quietly now. Jacob answered all my questions in a friendly, professional, and competent manner.
