We called about the motor unit not closing the door. No sensor blockage, it simply started to close for about 12 inches and then retracted. Troubleshooted with the manual to no avail. Anthony rolled in right on time, assessed the issue, and determined it had to do with the motor unit itself. Solution: replace the whole unit under warranty and we're good to go. No muss, no fuss. We appreciate the prompt service, the professional attitude, and being a morning call, it did not disrupt an already busy day. What's not to like! We can't recommend Precision enough, and have.
