I have used Precision Door Service for many years. Although I don’t call on them annually, when I do touch base with them, their customer service is a Stellar from start to finish. Plus they kindly send texts, detailing time and date of service and a number to call if needed. The day of service, the tech punctually calls in the time frame scheduled to let me know his ETA and sends a text with his info and pic Anthony B came this time to help me. He knowledge of his door service was evident by his expertise and professionalism. Anthony was kind and respectful and even taught me things about my garage door and the mechanism. I highly recommend this company to anyone!!! They are above five stars rate in my books!!

Stephen Beck was very thorough and professional when he installed our new garage door opener. He explained the problem with the logic board of our old unit. Once he installed the new door opener, he explained the coding system on the unit and where I could find this information in the handout. He also walked me through the manual release system. He tested the new installation thoroughly for proper operation. I am fully satisfied with his work.

Adrian did an amazing job! I contacted him this afternoon and I got a response that he could come fix the garage door in a half hour. I, honestly, thought it would be something that would take a couple days for them to get here to fix but Adrian was punctual and fixed it in a very timely manner.
