The problem was diagnosed quickly, a surge protector installed and we thought it was fixed because all seemed to be working. Just after the tech left it recurred so I called and he came back immediately. It seems the electronics had been affected by a power blip so a new unit was installed under warranty and all is well. Jason was efficient and came in and got the job done. Plus it was very hot today, which is even more important that he was able to work through the heat. And very thankful for him coming out. The call service on the other hand was not so good. Tried 3 different numbers and was on hold for over 20 minutes on two of the numbers. Guess 3rd time is a charm. Finally got through and he was very helpful.
