I had a problem with one of my remotes. Actually the remote is for my wife's car. The technician pointed out that the top button had stuck and was causing the door to act intermittently He corrected the problem immediately. Shan was very polite and courteous. It is a comfort to have Precision Door Service for my garage door needs.

This might have been the fastest repair I’ve ever scheduled effortlessly. I did some research online on Sunday night as I did not know any companies to fix our garage door. I found Precision with great reviews. I planned on calling their office Monday morning but realized their website had a schedule feature. I literally scheduled my Monday appointment from my couch Sunday night. Sean was able to arrive early, give me an estimate and had the parts on his truck. This repair was done in less than 24hrs from the time I scheduled it. Sean clearly explained what was going on and the cost options. We definitely plan on replacing the door with Sean and Precision once we are ready for the next step. It’s nice to experience such friendly service.

Kris was in and out within 45 minutes servicing both doors after one of them failed to stay closed. Both work fine now. He did not leave me with an invoice indicating that he accepted a credit card payment. I am hoping that corporate will send me a copy via email so I can print it our for my files.
