Incredibly quick response. Anthony was professional and extremely reasonable. He made sure to let me inspect the damage to my garage and explained my options without selling me anything. At the end of the day I ended up electing to replace my entire garage door because Anthony clearly and concisely explained my options to me. Then he fixed my garage so my house would be secure and waived the repair fee for the day because I bought a new garage door. It is truly rare thing these days when a company looks out for their consumer, and makes them feel like their not getting screwed on every side of a transaction. Came away feeling like I got a great deal with great service. I would recommend Anthony to anyway who has issues with a garage door.

We did not know how quiet the new Opener would be. We assumed all the noise came from the movement of the old original door more than the 18 year old Wayne Dalton unit. New Synergy unit installed and you virtually can't hear it from the other side of the garage service door leading from the house. Blizzarding outside and Anthony inside got it done quickly and efficiently. A great tutorial on the system, safety release, remotes, and inside/outside wall consoles. We'll look at a new door when it is time to paint the house, which is in a year or two. I'd recommend Precision without hesitation to anyone in our neighborhood. And Anthony is a large part of that.

Anthony helped us out as best he could, but we presented two issues, neither of which could be addressed due to 1) the manufacturer's ceasing to make the sensors we needed and 2) the door having minor damage (crushing on one end of the bottom panel) precluding the replacement of a seal. He waived the service call fee as no repairs were able to be performed. We decided to replace the whole door opener unit with a new one and the old one was around 16-18 years old. More more problems were probably on the horizon. We figured to address the issues now and put it to rest. He also gave us a home fix we could make in the door seal on the bad end to make it more serviceable until such time as we may want to replace the whole door, as those full panels are also not produced anymore. We appreciate the advice and a no pressure approach to our options. Thanks so much.
