Scott, has noticed some errors in the installation of our new garage door and has spoken with the company reps to have the corrections made by the original installer next week. Presently he has made our garage door operate. (We had a power outage-no surge protector or battery backup. The door did not operate correctly after power resumed.)

It is astounding of how fast this appointment setup was and then to have the tech, Chris out within the same day and have everything fixed was beyond amazing! Very pleased with the service I received from Barry at Precision Door Services. A spring on my door snapped on a Sunday. I was able to book a service appointment for the very next day using their website. Barry identified a bunch of issues with my door including a broken hinge, improperly aligned rollers, and the door catching on drywall due to a poor installation. He was able to fix all the issues and now the door is much quieter and I'm confident that it will serve us well for many years.

I had Adrian Workman put in another code in the keypad and in the new garage opener i ordered. I’ve dealt with a lot of repair people and Adrian was the nicest and very knowledgeable of his trade. He was here right on time as said he’d be here. Took his time to explain things to me and asked if I had any other issues. Good morning and thanks again for installing our garage door, the technician was very courteous, the only complaint was a small opening at the bottom of our door on both sides which was pointed out to tech, technician explained that another technician would be out in 10 minutes to address it, the technician never showed up, our concern was mice getting into our garage,other than that great work, we are still waiting for promised technician to correct the problem, thank you.
