Dana came to my house , apparently determined to sell me new garage door equipment. Looked sparingly around, told me how bad he thought everything was and the only help he could offer was to sell me new stuff. I said that, at this moment I just wanted it fixed and schedule the new repairs for spring. He said he was not going to fix it. That I had to buy his new stuff. Without a further word, he got into his truck and left. I had called for a repair man, not a sales man. So we called another service and the tech fixed the problem and we agreed on a new setup to be installed in ten days. The new policy, at your firm, to just go out and sell new stuff, forgetting service, leads me to terminate all interest in calling you again

From start to finish, Sean called ahead, gave me an estimated time & was here promptly as stated. He evaluated the situation and then gave his recommendations and why he thought it would be necessary to repair. Mentioned he had all parts available on truck. When I finally gave the go ahead to do the work he immediately started, worked in a timely manner & walked me through everything once he was done. Explained everything I needed to know on maintaining our opener & emphasized if we had any question to even reach out to him personally.
