I was very impressed with Adrian. Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with the invoice I received. I'm used to a detailed invoice that tells me exactly how much I'm being charged for each part, labor and other fees, such as your "Environmental" fee. The invoice I received with a column of 1's leaves me no way of assessing whether my trust in Adrian was misplaced or not.
