Beyond miserable experience, needed to get Dale involved but even with him the final install almost went wrong being that the I stalkers only brought one door because they were informed that one door had already been installed ( which wasn’t correct). After searching they did find the missing door and had brought to the site by another installer.

Our Installer Hollis replaced a hail damaged, manually operated door that had very little insulation with a new, well insulated garage door that came with a belt driven garage door opener and outside keypad. The work was professionally done and we were amazed how smoothly and quietly the new door operated compared the main door on the front of the garage. We could hardly hear it operate inside the garage and unable to hear it at all from inside the house.

I am a Precision Door Service customer, having used them in the past, I have their business card taped to my garage wall. When I had an emergency with my garage door, I immediately gave them a call. A family member had accidentally bumped into the garage door with their car and jammed the door, making it unable to open. The Tech that came to complete the repair was very knowledgeable and provided me with options and quotes on repair and/or replacement. Jered was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He provided expert advice and recommendations for repairs and maintenance of our garage door opener, springs, track assembly and other components. He provided option and explained the differences of each option. As the work was being accomplished to replace the tension springs, Jered explained what he was doing and why. He also kept his work area clean and professional. Once installation was completed, he checked the garage door for ease of use to ensure it was working properly.
