This was an absolute terrible experience. The technician that measured the door did so incorrectly. There were several other issues. One of the panels is dented and the light doesn’t work. They are supposed to be here tomorrow to look. The installers are courtesy but if you are not able to properly train sales staff the experience will never be good. The installers also need to be trained to do a full walk around of the doors so damage can be noted before they leave.

Beyond miserable experience, needed to get Dale involved but even with him the final install almost went wrong being that the I stalkers only brought one door because they were informed that one door had already been installed ( which wasn’t correct). After searching they did find the missing door and had brought to the site by another installer.

The crew came out got right to work taking my old garage door down and had the new door and motor up quickly. My questions were answered and I was told to call if I had any problems with the new door. Everything was removed and taken when they left so I had no clean up to do.

Our Installer Hollis replaced a hail damaged, manually operated door that had very little insulation with a new, well insulated garage door that came with a belt driven garage door opener and outside keypad. The work was professionally done and we were amazed how smoothly and quietly the new door operated compared the main door on the front of the garage. We could hardly hear it operate inside the garage and unable to hear it at all from inside the house.
