5 star service from a pleasant and knowledgeable repairman. It was easy to schedule and he called ahead to give me a precise time of arrival. It turned out to be something simple and he gave it a good inspection too. I work in healthcare and appreciated that he was #1 on time, #2 respectful of appropriate masking, #3 he was knowledgeable and professional. He also was helpful in looking up our warranty coverage which was long lost by us. All around superior experience. Kudos.

My garage door unexpectedly broke and I needed to get it fixed ASAP. The team at Precision was awesome from start to finish and in less than 24 hours, I went from "how the hell am I going to get this fixed?" to "this new garage door is awesome!" This new door is so much quieter! There was a little confusion on the install when it came to the right model of panel I purchased, but Anthony, Scott, and Terrell (I think), were quick to make things right and exceeded my expectations. Barry diagnosed a faulty control board on our older garage door opener and advised it was better to install a new opener vs install a non warrantied control board. That was a good idea and Barry was able to install the opened at the same appointment. The garage door opener is doing great now and I am very pleased with the job. I appreciated the reminders prior to the service, and I really liked when you sent me a message saying that Adrian would be arriving shortly along with his picture. Adrian called 10 minutes before he arrived, so I got a sense of who I would be dealing with. He is very personable and was very clear in his communication. Once inside the garage Adrian listened to my explanation of what I thought was happening to prevent my door from opening. He then did a brief examination of the situation and was able to assess the exact problem. He gave me the options available for repairing the opener. Because I felt as though I was dealing with a reputable company and trusted Adrian I decided it was time to replace my door opener with one of 2 that Adrian suggested. I was thankful that he had both with him and was able to complete the job within his estimated time of 90 minutes. Despite the cold temperature outside Adrian remained upbeat and cheerful. After he finished he explained the new opener to me and answered my questions. He told me to call if I had any further questions or issues with the new opener. So far it is working great and is such an improvement over my former opener which was at least 30 years old. I sure hope the new opener continues to function well. I love having more light in my garage and am happy that everything is now up to code. The quiet operation of the opener is an added bonus. I appreciate that I was able to get an 8 year warranty on this product should anything malfunction. One of the biggest reasons I felt comfortable about purchasing this opener without shopping around was due to the fact that I trusted Adrian's expertise. It is apparent to me that he is a fine asset to your company.

The new Precision Door openers are digital and, being belt driven, are very quiet.
